Delta Scientific, the leading manufacturer of counter-terrorist vehicle control systems used in the United States and internationally, today announced that, on June 3, 2019, that a Delta DSC501 high security barricade stopped a stolen vehicle when the driver tried to ram through an entrance gate at Mayport Naval Station. When he gunned his engine and attempted to enter, the security staff activated the vehicle access barrier which popped out of the ground preventing access.
