Ballistic and Vehicle-Impact Protection.
The DSC50BR Portable “S” Barrier combines ASTM SC30 vehicle-impact protection with advanced ballistic protection. The barrier successfully completed testing to UL 752 Level 9 against .30-06 armor-piercing ammunition and UL 752 Level 10 against .50-caliber ammunition.
Testing was conducted at Element U.S. Space & Defense in Belcamp, Maryland. This added capability allows the DSC50BR to support temporary security applications requiring protection against both vehicle-impact and ballistic threats.
