Delta’s New Counter-Terrorist Portable Planters Stop 15,000 Pound Vehicles

VALENCIA, CALIF. – August 19, 2002 – Delta Scientific’s new stainless steel Portable Planter Barricades can be quickly employed to protect facilities and people from both errant and terrorist vehicle attacks. The attractive Portable Planter Barricades are designed to stop a 15,000 pound (66.7 kN) vehicle traveling at 30 mph (48 kph).
