The new site is photo intensive, providing images of actual installations at the U.S. Department of State headquarters and other federal agencies, multiple embassies, military bases, corporate headquarters and international facilities. The site is easy to navigate. Products are categorized into the three main application areas of high security vehicle barricade systems, parking control equipment and guard booths. Pop-ups then direct the visitor to a specific application type, such as portable barriers. Once there, click-downs lead the viewer to selected products such as the IP 500, which can be deployed in less than two hours and stops a 15,000-pound vehicle going 30 mph in 20 feet.
Delta is known for providing barriers that can stop and destroy a truck weighing up to
10 tons and traveling 85 mph. The barricades can be raised or lowered at will to stop traffic or let it through. In an emergency, the thick steel plates or bollards pop out of the ground within a second.
